REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
The Hat Company is happy to exchange or refund on any item you are not satisfied with. Any unsatisfactory item must be returned, within fourteen days from receipt in an unworn condition and at the customers own expense.
This does not apply ladies Millinery. We do not accept returns on any of the products in this category under any circumstance, please be sure of style and colour selection before you make your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
