REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY (This does NOT include Sale items)
The Hat Company is happy to exchange or refund on any item you are not satisfied with. Any unsatisfactory item must be returned, within fourteen days from receipt in an unworn condition and at the customers own expense.
If the item is not returned within the fourteen days then we cannot issue a refund, but will issue a credit note to the value of the purchase only (this does NOT include the postage)
If you find you have ordered in error (i.e Colour or size) and require a replacement, please include postage costs for your area to cover the return postage. If it is an error on our part, we will cover all postage.
UK £2.95 - 1st class Royal Mail
UK £4.95 - Parcel Force Next Day, trackable, requires signature on delivery
Europe £7.95 - Royal Mail International Sign for. Trackable
Rest of World £15.00 - Royal Mail International Sign for. Trackable
Please note that Refunds can only be issued electronically through the internet and CANNOT be issued at any of our shops.
